If you believe a charge was made in error or you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of the agreed service, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at [email protected].

We will review your request and, if eligible, issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

Subscription Cancellation:

All subscription-based services require a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

If notice is not received at least 30 days before the next billing date, the next scheduled payment will still be processed, and the cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle.

Refunds will not be granted for:
